The property was very clean in the rooms but the veranda was really dirty and dusty it looked like it had never been cleaned the bed was really clean and comfortable and it had a massive TV in the room and some exercise things too. The bathroom was clean and towels were lovely and with toiletries provide it was a bit far from train station to walk but the bus stop was nearby as it was a bit expensive to use taxis. They had lots of outdoor space to eat and drink as you were next to the Caversham bridge where you could get a boat ride it had lots of things going on inside the hotel a gym,swimming pool, sauna and steam room and jacuzzi. There was good air conditioning in the room due the the really hot weather a good coffee maker was also in the room it was a bit exspensive as there wasn’t any breakfast included but all in all a wonderful stay

Lovely spacious, modern, clean room. Great staff but a bit disorganised bar service. Great pool.

Great location and walkable to the train station

A very nice hotel, very comfortable, air-conditioning is great especially on these hot weather, remember to bring your own slipper though.

A great hotel, would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Reading. The room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We also had breakfast at the hotel too which was so good!

Great location by the River Thames and a nice vibe. You can walk into town if needed. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a large van that we were able to park in the car park opposite and the staff were very quick to come over and raise the barrier for us.

Lovely location and very clean - but very busy!

This hotel is new, the staff are very helpful we didn't eat there but eaten in other village hotels and the food from the bar and grill is good but we don't have the breakfast as we don't think it's good. The pool and facilities are amazing

Rooms super clean, very smart, the bed was amazing instant sleep when my head hit the pillow. The sports bar staff and food are brilliant. Thanks From Cornwall

Easy to get to from the station

The room was lovely and bed supper comfy but then that would be expected as the room was expensive for what it was. Some biscuits with tea and coffee would have been nice. The toilet paper was very cheap quality which surprised me. Shower was fabulous and a good size. Tv was great quality and massive too. I hand the breakfast which was …’ok’ not bad but again quality was not great. Hash browns were not great at all a lacked flavour, texture and were like overcooked deep fried triangles of mash potato. Sausage were very very cheap and not really cooked very well. I could not believe (and was disappointed by) the fact they did not have any marmalade or raspberry jam. Coffee was great and the staff were very friendly too. A variety of teas would have been good. Alternative milk options seemed to not be an available either. I think a look at who supplies the food would be a good idea as it let the experience down rather.
