If you planning on cheap stay with compromise every thing then it is ok Other wise not good I stayed in basement and it was not good

Endroit calme et assez bien situé. Literie et serviettes propres. Mais la chambre était vraiment petite, pas de place pour déposer ma valise ouverte sauf sur le lit. Durant mon séjour, on a manqué de papiers de toilettes et ce serait bien d'avoir plus de tablettes et crochets dans la chambre pour y mettre nos choses. Changer les tapis dans les escaliers et dans les chambres ne serait pas un luxe.

They sold our room, even though I gave them all the correct details. They still sent us the codes to the room, where a family was screaming as they were asleep when we got back. Had no where to stay for the night. Had to spend £200 getting a Uber home. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room smelled weird.

Lo mejor la sercania con la estación de metro,tren y autobuses Victoria, llegas caminando al Palacio de Buckingham. Tiene calefacción en invierno. Lo peor un lugar muy reducido, sucio y mucho calor sin A/C, no abanico y nadie te contesta cuando mandas mensaje, nadie quien te ayudé en la propiedad.

First, the room wasn't the one advertised, as it lacked air conditioning. Second, the room wasn't fully painted and had mold. Third, the staff never answered our messages; in fact, we never saw anyone working at the hotel. The number at the entrance (WhatsApp) was never answered. I would never return to that hotel.

The room without fan very bad and very hot make me always not sleep well

Forfærdelig sted, vi var der i 5 dage og der blev hverken givet toiletpapir, nye håndklæder, sengetøj og vi så intet personale i den tid vi var der.

Døre og vægge var møgbeskidte, gulvet ujævnt og gulvtæppet direkte ulækkert. Badeværelset så lille at man sad med knæene på væggen. Og man kunne mærke fjedrene i sengen. - kommer ikke tilbage.

Understanding its self-check-in No one answered my phone call when I reached out to inquire about my room. I called the number like eight times and didn’t receive a response.as a result booked another room elsewhere.

Great location and affordable rate, handy pre registration and self check in (no reception) with number keypad, very simple. Online info pack really good. Clean and convenient!

Very dated rooms but fair for the price I paid. Friendly staff, when I first arrived the electric plugs in the room were not working, but they came and sorted that asap. My only real issue was the morning I checked out there was no hot water for a shower :( which was a bit bizarre. Overall for the budget it wasn’t a bad stay.

Hôtel bien placé. Quartier calme. Commerces et restaurants à 5min à pieds. Établissement un peu décrepi, mais chambre propre et lit confortable. Pas de contact direct avec le personnel, uniquement via WhatsApp, accès aux chambres par code .

Skittent rom i en kjeller.

Rommet var ikke rengjort. Sengetøyet var skittent. Kan ikke anbefales. Måtte bestille overnatting på et annet hotell pga dette.
