Light in the room didn’t work

Snow wasn’t removed from the entrance doors, I couldn’t get in, they said have to wait till cleaning service comes. By the way it snowed in morning and I arrived night.

The room was clean and staff was very accommodating. There were problems in that room but they were up front about it andhelped to bring down the price.

States remodeled but

Though we did not stay because the power was spotty and the electrician hadnt come yet, the manager advised us at check in, let us know he tried calling (we were out of service) and on arrival had options locally with discounted rates elsewhere. The friendliest and best customer service having options available for us.
