Well maintained, attractive. Excellent breakfast. Close to the historical sites. Good WiFi. Beautiful rooftop terrace with views overlooking the city.

全くおすすめできません。トラブルがありました。 2週間ぐらい前、空港からのピックアップを依頼するも返事なし、前日にもう一度依頼すると、確認済みと返信。空港到着時に誰もいない、他のタクシーの方が交渉してきたのでホテルと電話でやりとりするも受付の人は何も知らないとの事。とりあえずそのタクシーで向かう。受付でやり取りのメールを見せてどうして来なかったを聞くが自分がメールをしてない。わからないの一点張り、とりあえず謝るもない。マネージャーに電話すればと電話番号を渡される。あなたの仕事だと言い電話をかけさせるが全く繋がらない。結局ホテルとして一度も謝らず、その後も2泊している間にマネージャーと連絡が付いたのかどうかも何も言って来なかった。 メールで今回のことを質問したが、それにも返信なし。私もこの事でこれ以上いくら受付の彼と話しても埒があかないので追求はあきらめた。 そこのスタッフや部屋には問題なかったが、ホテルとしての対応には大いに問題があり。 マネージャーとやらは何をしているのだろう。 トラブルがあった時には全く受付の彼では何もできないので、全くおすすめできないホテルです。

イチャンカラの中にあり、とても立地が良かった。荷物を部屋に置いて身軽に観光できるので、体力的に助かりました。 テラスからの景色も最高で、夕日も夜景も朝日も楽しみました。 ブッフェ形式の朝食もとても美味しかったです。

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Khan's palace. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent service, the beautiful facilities, and the welcoming atmosphere. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and every detail made the experience feel relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I truly felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotel X to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay here again! The electricity went out for an hour: don't know if this the norm in Uzbekistan but it did not affect my stay.
