Had a 3am check in and they ensured that someone was there to let us in. It was difficult to find the entrance, but after calling them, someone came down to help. We just stayed here for a nights sleep before going on our travel round sri lanka and it served our purpose. Good location, friendly staff, can't complain!

It was a bit confusing for the check in process, no main reception or office. The people who run the restaurant next door, I think also own this property. There is no lift but staff happy to help carry. Was suitable for 1 night stay before going home. Glad I had room furthese away from the street. The street noise carries if you are a light sleeper.

Everything was spot on from the moment we arrived. The service from the hotel was genuinely amazing; the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The whole experience felt smooth and effortless. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Very modern rooms and really spacious, i only stayed for one day but the stay was really good. Very close to the beach and the food in the restaurant was really good. The owners son was really helpfull in giving advice for our tour

Would not recommend. Ran by children, immature always giggling and joking with each other in their own language which comes off very unprofessional. Whoever owns the place really needs to give them a lesson on how to speak to customers and make them feel welcome! We arrived and they was ASKING ME how many nights I'm staying I said 4 then the next few days kept asking when I'm checking out. The restaurant is OK nothing special we ordered breakfast once and they didn't have what we wanted so didn't go back. Do not stay more than 1 night as they don't clean the rooms either.

When we checked in, the AC was not cooling, the bathroom mirror light was not working. They could not fix either of the two issues. They did not have spare bulb for the light. They tried to work on the AC and could just get it to work with minimum cooling which was not enough for Sri Lankan weather. There wasn't a single soap or other toiletries kept in the room. Had to search for the staff to get some soap bars. We stayed for 5 days and the there was no Housekeeping even for a single day. The only saving grace was the restaurant down below. The food was good but if you opt for included breakfast, they serve you a fixed menu every morning (Two slices of toast, two fried eggs, one sausage, little salad and tea/coffe). The location is good , walking distance from the beach.

Room clean and adequate for one night before we left for the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. It’s located right on the road so it’s a bit noisy but manageable.

Paikka sijainniltaan erinomainen. Viikonloppuisin meluisa, sillä kadulta kuuluu liikenneäänet ja musiikki. Siivous tulee itse pyytää, jotta huone siivotaan. Henkilökunta helposti tavoitettavissa ja auttaa asioissa hyvin. Aamupalan saa toivottuuun aikaan, jopa klo 10 jälkeen.

Great location and staff. Breakfast was very good. The air conditioning worked very well. Great value!

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal freundlich und das dazugehörige Restaurant servierte leckeres Essen. Der Verkehr auf der Straße war in der Nacht etwas störend.

Huge modern room, great location and staff were very helpful. Shower was fantastic nice hot water and great pressure. It felt like everything was new in the room. Tv still had the plastic on (never used it) A/C worked as expected etc.

Spotless room with super comfortable bed. Great staff. Lot of road noise and barking dogs during the night unfortunately spoiled the stay. Food in the adjoining restaurant is very good.
