All good but there was a confusion about breakfast. Hotel staff told me that breakfast was not included but when I booked it clearly says breakfast included. Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time. When sending communication to the hotel please mention about breakfast is included. This will help the process. Please clarify why this confusion.

Brand new hotel with modern amenities and close to activities. We stayed at grand suite and it was awesome

Servitörerna var för ivriga, ville säkert väk, men det blev jobbigt att inte ens få avgöra hur vi ville rosta brödet till frukost. För hög musik i korridorerna, vilket var störande. När vi ringde receptionen och bad dem sänka ljudet på plan 3 brydde de sig inte.
