My experience at the hotel was terrible. The hotel staff did not allow me to checkin for my confirmed reservation. The hotel confirmed my booking over email, however when I showed up at midnight to checkin, the front desk did not offer a room. Instead they asked me to call someone from the hotel management to re-confirm my booking. I was in absolute shock that I had to manually call someone and confirm the room in the middle of the night. Luckily after a few harrowing minutes the management was able to sort out the issue and offered me a room. In addition, the power went out in the middle of the night and the whole room, hotel building and the neighborhood was in pitch black for 10 to 15 minutes until the power was restored.
