The room is not clean and the TV is not working and the refrigerator is not working and the power is cut off a lot of time

The Wi-Fi was very fast and worked perfectly in both the room and the lobby.

Das Hotel hat einen schönen klassischen Charakter, der an das alte Kairo erinnert, aber die Zimmer sind gleichzeitig modern ausgestattet. Die Vorhänge blockieren das Sonnenlicht perfekt, der Parkettboden ist sehr sauber, und das Frühstück ist einfach, aber lecker. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

الحمام كان مجدد بالكامل والسيراميك بيلمع، والمية السخنة متوفرة بضغط قوي طول اليوم. الملايات والمناشف كانت ناصعة البياض وريحتها نظافة. الاستقبال تعاملهم راقي وسريع جداً. الفندق فعلاً اختيار ممتاز للي عايز مكان نظيف ومحترم في قلب القاهرة بسعر مناسب

The location is the real star of this experience. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Cairo — just a short walk to Tahrir Square or Talaat Harb, and the metro nearby can take you anywhere in the city cheaply. The area is lively and safe even late at night. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioner strong but quiet. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helped with my luggage and recommended great local restaurants. Overall, an excellent experience and unbeatable value for money.

الغرفة كانت واسعة ومشرقة، وأشعة الشمس اللي بتدخلها الصبح بتدي إحساس بطاقة إيجابية ونظافة في المكان.

Disappointing experience overall. The photos shown online do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. The front picture is misleading, and in reality the reception and rooms are old, poorly maintained, and in bad condition. This is not a quality hotel suitable for hosting international travelers who expect basic comfort and cleanliness. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were polite, kind, and tried their best to help. Unfortunately, this alone does not make up for the overall condition of the property. The breakfast was also very poor in quality and limited in options. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant renovations and improvements are made

The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The staff helped me with luggage storage and also secured a ride to the airport for me. Very welcoming hotel and location is great

This is a very well maintained hotel with amazing staff and a lot of assistance. I enjoyed my stay and I have come here many times. This is my go to hotel in Cairo. Also it’s right in an amazing shopping center with upscale cafes and close to the museum. I really feel comfortable here and enjoy myself. Clean and safe and easy to get around

A very bad hotel . I have booked to reach at 11 am . The hotel was not able to avail the room till 7 pm . They kept buying time . I was frustrated and exhausted and did not check in . Staff was very argumentative and not telling the truth about room availability . Each time we ask they give different answer . They have kept me and my wife waiting for more than eight hours . I have raised a complain with Expedia agent and asked for total refund the same day of arrival . They did not answer the Expedia agent call . Not recommended as I also noticed that many guests complained about the cleanliness of the rooms . The hotel is in first floor with no lift . It has many storage area under it and may block access in case of fire . I don’t recommend it at all.

La entrada es sencilla, pero por dentro el hotel es completamente diferente. El lobby está limpio y la iluminación es cálida. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado nuevo y un baño bien equipado. La experiencia fue realmente cómoda.

La habitación tenía un colchón muy cómodo y la cama era firme. La gestión del hotel realmente sabe lo que hace.
