Superó las espectativas. Fotos reales. Ambiente muy tranquilo y seguro. Personal muy amable. Trajimos a la mascota y estuvo muy cómodo también. El equipamiento de las habitaciones o departamentos así como la decoración es de muy buena calidad y agradable a la vista. El área de la alberca muy amplia con vistas panorámicas hermosas. Nos quedamos otra noche de la plaenada de lo bien que la pasamos.

Un lugar que hay que dejar claro que si buscas un HOTEL este no lo es , es un condominio muy bonito y con todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia por varios dias. Me toco ir en dias de temporada baja y creo solo eramos nosotros de huespedes en todo el edificio, lo que para mi y mi familia nos parecio excelente. Repito es un Condominio no hay servicio de restaurante ni de limpieza. Pero es un lugar excelente y claro que regresaria.

Great stay! Property had wonderful layout with great views amd location was good. Rooms were big and beds comfortable!

We very much enjoyed the Ancora . The only concern was there is a dog chained up outside next to property and never seen anyone there . His chain was tangled and could barely move for days . We brought it up to the front desk , so hopefully something is being done about it .

Everything was perfect about this property. Clean and new with all of the amenities one would need for a long or short term stay. The building does have a parking garage, which wasn’t advertised on Expedia. The restaurant upstairs on the rooftop is a steak house and is going to be a bit more expensive than the neighboring restaurants. Bit the staff was very attentive and ensured we had everything we wanted.

I enjoyed the view from the room. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Property was convenient at location once arrived however, far from the airport. Surfing was available however, a lot of rocks and my son received a couple of cuts on his foot and hand unfortunately. I didn't like that there was no food (breakfast, lunch or dinner included). No meal plan available.

La pasamos muy bien, la ubicación fabulosa y rl lugar hermoso y muy bien ubicado. El personal fue MUY amable y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos

The rooftop patio and pool was relaxing and wonderful for watching the sunrise, sunset and view of the entire bay. At low tide, the beach to the left was sandy and walkable for at least an hour or two out and back. Excursions to the the Marietta’s Islands departed from the moorings right out front.

El hotel está súper lindo y con vista al mar, con muchos restaurantes cerca, el único pero que le pondría es que no cuentan con desayuno y no tiene playa propia, por lo demás 10/10

This was our first visit to Punta de Mita. We are so happy we chose Ancora, it was perfect! The space was fabulous, we loved our deck & the rooftop infinity pool & view from the amazing restaurant! Really liked how quiet, easy to get around. Lots of restaurants , shopping and things to do. You can arrange trips for snorkeling and seeing the famous round lost caves. The staff were helpful and friendly

The accommodations were beautiful and the building was brand new!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! We were greeted by the friendly, Carlos, who helped us before and during our stay with a restaurant reservation, suggestions and new towels. The location relative to Punta de Mita was great: water view with easy walking access to all restaurants and activities but not in the center of it all, so it was quiet at night. There were 2 full bathrooms and the king bed was of memory foam and very comfortable. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful condo, new building. Very clean. Fridge with filtered water and ice. Combo washer/dryer. No toaster. Pictures don’t fully capture the amazing view. Balcony overlooks jetties and you can people watch enjoying the sunshine.

Would definitely stay at the Ancora if going back to Punta Mita!!!!!

Had an exceptional view and rooftop pool. Restaurant was delicious, roof bar coming soon, had a grocery store inside with essentials and coffee and another clothing store for all ages.
