es un penthouse con cuartos, lo que rentas es un cuarto dentro del mismo penthouse, el acceso es por el elevador de servicio y por la entrada de servicio, el lugar esta bien ubicado, limpio y bonito, pero no hay privacidad y los accesos son terribles

Servicio y atención muy dedicados, excelente lugar para las actividades que requería realizar.

El Estacionamiento es terrible, espacios tan reducidos que es difícil mover el auto entre rampas, no sirve el elevador principal, para bajar y hay que entrar aún departamento y como un laberinto buscar los elevadores de servicio. Hace mucho calor, porque no hay aire acondicionado. Las cortinas no son Black out y cuesta mucho dormir por la luz y por el ruido de los ventiladores que se deben dejar toda la noche prendidos para no sudar como puerco. Aunque el lugar está muy limpio y muy bonita la vista, la publicidad es engañosa, no es hotel y resulta ser un airb&b, los impuestos y cargos adicionales duplican el precio, además no incluye el desayuno que promete el anuncio, en lugar de eso tiene un a cocina muy amplia y completa, pero donde solo hay té y café soluble.

We had a good stay overall. The owner/manager was very kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our visit, which we really appreciated. One thing to note is that the listing can be a bit confusing — this booking was for a single room that’s attached to a shared kitchen space. We didn’t mind the setup at all, but the photos made it a little unclear at first, so future guests may want to look closely or clarify before booking. The tower itself is quiet and seems to be mostly families, which makes for a peaceful environment. There isn’t much food, drink, or entertainment within walking distance, but everything is a short Uber ride away, so it’s still convenient. The rooftop terrace is truly a gem — beautiful city views and a great place to relax. That was definitely a highlight of the stay. The property could use some repairs and updating (there was a large hole in the ceiling during our stay), but overall it worked well for what we needed. Overall, a good stay with a wonderful host and an amazing rooftop view.

El anfitrion, muy educado, muy atento, muy accesible, siempre contestando muy rapido. La propiedad necesita mantenimiento, sobretodo el baño, el desayuno "incluido" en realidad, son unos huevos en el refrigerador que debes cocinarte tu mismo. La ubicacación excelente para mis necesidades.

The apartment was very welcoming, spacious, clean with an astonishing view. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and had a lovely conversation with the host, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
