Very friendly staff. Modern and clean. Very nice hotel. Would stay again.

Positive: - all the staff was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible - water and small snacks were free and refilled by housekeeping - the hotel bar is nice Negative: - we had to change rooms from a basic one to a premium one because the bathroom was very small and the toilet was basically in the shower and got completely wet when taking a shower - we had to change rooms again because there was no warm water in our first room - there was also rarely warm water in our third room - AC was not working one night because of a power outage. After calling the front desk, we were told that they need to start the generator, but no one is available to do that. They rolled a mobile AC unit into our room so we could sleep, but it was very loud and not that cool - while the hotel was aware of all these issues no attempt to reconcile was made

Very good stay. Staff is very good and nice, and property is very clean. Location is perfect also. Thank you
