Super hotel

Vasken på badet var tett så vannet rant ikke ned. Det var litt ekkelt. Frokosten var grei, men varmmat ble ikke fylt på så det lå bare noen tørre matrester igjen

Hotel was great, Rooms were Clean, Parking was OK however did reach capacity on a Saturday night which resulted in a requirement to park on the street - which subsequently resulted in a parking ticket :(. Overall would recommend and return if back in the area

Paid for parking but no guaranted place for parking was there. After waiting for 45 mins, was asked to park my car blocking other parked cars and leaving my mobile no. behind so that the other car owners can call me to move my car. This chaos is because parking is shared between hotel guests and local guests visiting the restaurant. Other than this everything was superb.

Terrible experience. Double charged and completely ignored by the hotel! ​I booked a 10-night stay here through a booking site. Upon check-in, they asked me to present a credit card to pay the city tax, though no actual charge went through at that moment. After a long 10-day stay, my only focus was on checking out. I completely forgot that a card had already been provided, and since the front desk asked me for a card again, I handed them a different one. To my shock, BOTH credit cards ended up being charged for the same tax! How could they charge the first card when it wasn't even presented at check-out? ​What makes it worse is their absolute lack of customer service. I messaged them through the booking platform immediately after realizing the mistake, but got no response. A day later, the platform's customer service tried to call the front desk, but no one answered. It has now been 4 days, and they still haven't replied. This is financial negligence and an urgent matter for guests, yet they completely ignore it. Utterly irresponsible. Avoid this place!

Excellent séjour professionnel

Séjour pro (2 nuits), parfait et rien à redire, chambre, restauration (je recommande bien sûr les boulets!) et excellent petit déjeuner. Attention au tarif du parking : 22 euro pour la nuit même pour les clients: c'est plutôt cher. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Mycket trevligt hotell och mycket trevlig personal. Frukosten är riklig med ett stort urval. Däremot tycker jag att mycket var lite smaklöst och skulle kunna bli bättre. Det finns parkering med laddstation för elbil, men det var fullt hela tiden och väldigt ofta stod fossilbilar där. Hotellet borde kunna hitta på ett system för att lösa det problemet.

Booked and arrived in the day, a welcome break from riding over from Mainz, Germany. Staff were very accommodating and helpful, couldn’t fault our stay. Thank you

AC was not working so I couldn’t really sleep. The room smelled a bit too… They also should control & check the EV parking spots so no one without EV car parks there. When bringing that up to the reception staff they didn’t proactively react too it. Overall okay tho

Probablement le meilleur hotel de Belgique a tous les niveaux mais particulièrement a l amabilité du personnel de reception le restaurant est situé dans un.cadre exceptionnel avec une carte de vin et une qualité de viande exceptionnel seul petit bemol ils confondent les crevettes grises et les crevettes roses e qui pour la Belgique est intrigant a moins que le chef ne soit pas belge

Wow hotel impeccable

Really nice stay here while visiting the area. Comfortable and spacious room. Lovely reception area with a beautiful restaurant/breakfast area. The garden is also very nice and would be great on a warm evening. Breakfast was very nice. Only minor drawback is parking is limited and cannot be booked. We did just about manage to get a space every night though.
