The photos are accurate. The place is very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. The parking spot fit a Toyota Noah van with maneuvering. Our family of 4 would come back. Two block walk from the river if you wanted a morning walk or jog along it. FYI the flight of stairs to living quarters is steep, narrow and approximately 20. You will need to be able to carry your suitcases up, especially difficult if large and heavy.
