clean room and lake view

This is a beautiful location surrounded by gardens and with a lookout onto the lake. It was rebuilt in the 80’s to replace the old hotel that burnet down. Even now it has an Old world charm. Our room was very Modern and very well appointed. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We will return!!

I booked 2 days to celebrate my birthday and it was the most memorable stay! The staff was so welcoming and made me feel like a usual guest! I am booking them on a regular when I want to get away! The best staycation ever!!!

Nice place with a good continental breakfast

Room well appointed with comfortable bed. Clean and quiet. No bar or restaurant service on site. Nice view of river but property a little tired.

Other than the cold breakfast, this hotel is perfect. Clean, amazing bed and duvet, lake view, high flow waterfall shower, quiet location. Very restful.

We loved the atmosphere of the Inn. Matthew at the front desk was extremely helpful and informative. Would recommend this place.

Beautiful old inn in a beautiful location. Spotless. However breakfast was disappointing. Only muffins, flavoured yogurt and sweet baked goods available. If you can’t do sweet things for breakfast there are no options. Unfortunately the coffee was also very bad. A shame in such a nice setting.
