great location, felt safe and secure, friendly and accommodating staff. if im ever planning on going to toronto again i will definitely be booking at Nester Entertainment District!

Located in downtown, walking distance from Union Station, with friendly staff. There are a couple of restaurants and bars nearby, a bit noisy, but a good experience overall

It was a great place to stay. My only frustration was that I was not able to access the gym during my second morning workout but had had no problem beforehand. And my code worked when I had to return to my room. Otherwise would recommend it and stay here again

Property and staff were great. Great communication with the codes and checking in to see if everything was fine. Also sent alerts about road closures and the elevator being down. A+. Place was clean and comfortable with fridge, Nespresso and other things. Nice touch with a bag of lavender. But the tub was huge could fit 4 kinda awkward, to me. Not a lot of privacy in bathroom either, fine if you're on your own, but maybe not depending who your sharing the room with.

The room was clean and the instructions provided by the hotel were clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated. However, the overall stay was not very comfortable. The room temperature was difficult to manage—the fan was quite noisy and continuously blew cold air throughout the night. There was also significant light coming through the gap under the door, which made it hard to sleep. Noise was a major issue. I could hear the subway as well as activity in the hallway, likely due to the gap at the bottom of the entrance door, which reduced sound insulation. Additionally, the shower pressure was very weak, and there were no convenient charging stations or accessible outlets for phones or other devices. Overall, while the room was clean and well-organized, improvements in soundproofing, temperature control, lighting, and basic amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Nice room, bathtub, really nice products such as shower gel, hair products and hand soap from St. Pauls Apothecary Frama.

A short walk to Rogers center, clean rooms, great location

Great location. Close to The Rogers Center for the Blue Jays game we were attending. Clean rooms and friendly, accommodating staff.

Very close (about a 10 minute walk) to Rogers Centre, not far from the Kensington Market district. One major plus: HUGE bathtub in the room!

Excellent hotel … user friendly and very clean. Fairly accessible — only a 15 minute walk to the CN Tower, Rogers Centre etc.

The room was very clean, there are several grocery stores close & it’s in a walkable distance of the underground. Staff were all friendly & helpful.

Great location, lovely room with lots of storage, coffee, mini fridge but there's no microwave. The bathroom is not the most accessible if you have low mobility as the tub I had was a bit high to get into but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Great experience. Main level was a bit noisy.
