The room was clean and the instructions provided by the hotel were clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated.
However, the overall stay was not very comfortable. The room temperature was difficult to manage—the fan was quite noisy and continuously blew cold air throughout the night. There was also significant light coming through the gap under the door, which made it hard to sleep.
Noise was a major issue. I could hear the subway as well as activity in the hallway, likely due to the gap at the bottom of the entrance door, which reduced sound insulation.
Additionally, the shower pressure was very weak, and there were no convenient charging stations or accessible outlets for phones or other devices.
Overall, while the room was clean and well-organized, improvements in soundproofing, temperature control, lighting, and basic amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience.
