Klaget på utsikten vi skulle få men ikke fikk som vi hadde betalt for. Skulle ta det videre men hørte aldri noe mere. Dårlig frokost, ingen drikke til frokosten og lite hjelpsome folk som jobbet der.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Lake kindly helped us park our car, immediately setting the tone for the rest of our stay. At reception, Endri and Samanta welcomed us with genuine warmth and efficiency, making sure we settled in quickly. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer our questions. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised with a partial sea view. The service throughout was impeccable. Aldrin, Xhaxha, Deni, Gesi, Enzo, and Rafael went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They checked in regularly, always cheerful, making sure we had everything we needed — from hydration to fresh towels for swimming. The pool area was kept pristine, which made our relaxation time even more enjoyable. The dining experience was a highlight. The food was consistently a ten out of ten, and Chef Buarak deserves special praise. His baklava was the best we’ve ever tasted — truly unforgettable. This stay felt like a home away from home. Every member of the team contributed to making it special, and we left with wonderful memories. We have absolutely no complaints and are certain we made the right choice in staying here. We cannot wait to return.

Trippelrum är för tre personer fast det står fyra sovplatser. Halvtråkig frukost.

Meget fint hotell. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Maten var av høy kvalitet. Det eneste savnet var grovere brød til frokosten. Eller meget bra. Drinker lett tilgjengelig. Plasseringen ideell. Bassengområdet helt ved en privat del av stranden. Men, de to siste dagene luktet det kloakk på rommet. Dette var ille!

I liked the view, The manager (Andre) and front desk staff were very helpful. The room lacked a kettle and the internal phone system didn’t work. Room TV didn’t have the World Cup matches, with no TVs in any of the common areas either. Also the pool bar refuses to fulfill your drinks if it’s a cappuccino or similar, they ask you to go get it inside despite the hotel stating you can order at the pool bar.

Fantastisk upplevelse! Rent, tyst och bekvämt. Allt fungerade perfekt och jag kommer gärna tillbaka.

Bra hotell og lokasjon rett ved stranden. Fin utsikt med solnedgang. Litt små slurvet men kom seg ila uken.

Perheystävällinen, henkilökunta loistava, viihtyisä allasalue. Lasten allas oli liian syvä 2 vuotiaalle. Viheralueet hyvin hoidettu.

stayed just out of season so the hotel was quiet, pool was cold but did make use of it. No sunbeds around the pool just seating but music played all day. used beds on the sand area belonging to the hotel. Pool towels supplied was an added bonus

The level of cleanliness needs improvement. Upon entering the room, it was evident that it had not been thoroughly cleaned, but only superficially. Additionally, the food service was lacking, with essential items frequently unavailable. It was apparent that the kitchen staff was struggling to manage operations effectively.
