This was a great place to stay for us, very close to the station as we had heavy rucksacks and on the edge of the historic town.

Lovely friendly place to stay with great staff. Totally recommend, our room was spacious and comfortable and the (young) staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely return.

Had a pleasant stay here. The hotel is well located for the train station and on edge of town centre, easy walk to restaurants. The cabin rooms are in a nice garden location. The toilet is separate and downstairs from the bed and bathroom. Separate toilet and bath facilities are common in France, having them separated by a narrow concrete set of stairs may not be ideal depending on needs. There is also a boiler running continuously downstairs, although noisy there it can hardly be heard upstairs but you do hear trains rumbling from the line which is not directly by the property but apparently not so far off. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Hôtel récent dans des locaux 100% rénovés. Accueil chaleureux et communs et chambres très cosy ! Jardin à l’arriere, belle surprise reposante en plein centre de Chambéry, bluffant !

La chambre était bien, par contre nous avons eu un souci d'eau chaude non résolu malgré l'intervention d'un technicien sympathique. Nous avons été obligé de prendre ma fille et moi une douche glacée,. En seul dédommagement l'hôtelier nous a remboursé 30€ :-/ Bref je croise les doigts pour les prochains vacanciers qu'il n'y ai aucun souci!

The facility is gorgeous, clean, centrally located and very dog friendly. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay. Although the hotel is on a rather busy street did not hear any traffic from the room (facing the road). The historic center of town is just across the street and very easy to reach and enjoy. We absolutely loved our stay.
