Kein Personal vor Ort. Sehr spärlich ausgestattete suite.

I didn't love my stay here. When I arrived, there was a pile of dirty laundry from the previous stay forgotten in the room. After being redirected, I spoke with a support agent on WhatsApp that kept asking unnecessary questions instead of just resolving the issue. Later in the day, it got quite warm and I realised the A/C wasn't working at all and had the same experience of generic questions from another agent. It took a day for the cleaning crew to remove the laundry and bring a fan, which was already halfway into my stay. I then needed to use the lockers for my luggage but the instructions were buggy/unclear and I chose not to risk it given the non-committal support. Overall an efficient place to stay as I wanted to be close to Meidling station for day trips, but would not stay here again.

Lage war perfekt, da wir mit dem Zug gekommen sind. Auch Haltestelle der U-Bahn U6 ist dort. Es war sauber, ist noch alles neu. Bett sehr gut. Einzig vielleicht zu verbessern wäre, dass sich der Vorgang vor die geöffnete Balkontür ziehen lässt. Weil das Bett direkt davor steht und man keinen Sicht Schutz hat. Auch kippen geht fast nicht mit Vorhang vor. Und somit ist es nicht gut möglich, die Türe offen lassen. Kapsel Kaffeemaschine war dort, Wasserkocher. Lift ebenfalls.
