trevligt bemötande redan från start. Rummen var rena och fina. Poolområdet helt underbart. Frukosten enkel men funkade bra för oss. Hjälpsamma i receptionen. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

What more can I say other than the Petit Paris is phenomenal. Everything about our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff are just wonderful and couldn't be more helpful and kind. The facilities at the hotel are fantastic. Breakfast was great and so much selection to choose from. The rooms are very spacious and cleaned daily with great amenities. The bathrobes and slippers are a nice touch :-) The pool area is fantastic and whilst it was very hot the outdoor pool and cold plunge were a great addition to keeping us cool. The location of the hotel is literally a 3 minute walk to the seafront and 5 minutes from bars and restaurants of which there are plenty. There is a small shop on the corner near the hotel that is great for amenities for your room and drinks/snacks. We have been coming to Pollensa for 16 years and have stayed in an array of hotels and Petit Paris is top 3 for sure. We will absolutely be back and we cannot thank them enough for a fantastic holiday.

The pool area is excellent, very well maintained, and everything was spotless. However, the 11:00 a.m. check-out time is a downside, especially compared to other hotels in this category. Another disappointment was the bed linens, which felt more like those of a 3-star hotel rather than a luxury property.

Correu tudo muito bem, o hotel é pequeno e é novo, está muito limpo e tem um staff extra simpático e atencioso! O único senão foi o tamanho do quarto, nas fotografias o quarto era maior com um wc maior, o quarto em que ficamos desiludiu por ser pequeno e nem ter uma varanda onde secar os fatos de banho! Em resumo perfeito em tudo, mas ganharia se o quarto fosse maior…

Får litt følelse av at det er et nyoppusset trestjerners hotell heller enn et nytt firestjerners hotell. Vet ikke helt hvordan jeg skal forklare det. Alt personale er veldig hyggelige men det er du som må gå til de for å få hjelp - feks bestille egg til frokost, be om håndklær osv. Housekeeping kommer på uforutsigbare tider - noen ganger 0930 og andre ganger 1630. I tillegg er det en liste med regler man må følge som blir presentert når man kommer via en QR kode. Helt greie og åpenbare regler, men at man får dem gir en litt meh følelse. Litt som om service er på deres betingelser og ikke gjestens betingelser? Utover det er stedet helt nyoppusset med veldig fine lokaler. Det er også sykkelgarasje og et fint treningsrom. Hvis man bryr seg om å bo nærme stranden på et rent og pent hotell så kan jeg anbefale. Vektlegger man resten av service-opplevelsen like mye som meg så er jeg mer usikker.

Such a beautiful hotel. We were only there for one night but we had an excellent time. The hotel is beautifully maintained and my children loved the pools, and outdoor space. We will definitely be back again.

Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe pour cette dernière journée à Majorque avant notre retour. Lors de notre prochain séjour à Majorque nous prévoirons plusieurs jours dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait chambre, petit déjeuner, espace commun et surtout un personnel très accueillant !

The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of fruits, cherries, strawberries, melons just to name a few.

Dejligt hotel med fin og rolig beliggenhed. Fantastisk hyggelig gårdhave med pool og komfortable liggestole. Gratis poolhåndklæder ved forespørgsel. Morgenmaden var fin, men kaffemaskinen var utrolig langsom. Heldigvis havde vi ferie og god tid. Vi kommer gerne tilbage og kan anbefale stedet, hvis man ønsker et ophold i rolige og komfortable omgivelser.

A wonderful little hotel, well located in the centre of Puerto Pollensa. Staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was varied and fresh. Rooms were fine, very large and comfortable bed. Lovely shower. Being hypocritical, maybe a bit more clothes space would have helped. Pool area was lovely. Really couldnt have asked for more. Will be back

Excelente hotel. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e muito prestativos, desde as recepcionistas que ficavam durante o dia e a noite, até a atendente do café da manhã. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, com um spa, e uma piscina deliciosa. Foi possível deixarmos nossas malas no hotel após o checkout, e até mesmo usar a estrutura do hotel e tomar um banho antes de sairmos. O único ponto a melhorar, seria o frigobar que quase não gela as bebidas, mas este ponto seria para deixar este hotel ainda mais perfeito.

We loved everything about this small boutique hotel. It’s a 3 minute walk to the water. Excellent location close to restaurants. There is a well stocked convenience store right around the corner. The hotel is immaculate. The pool is small but pristine. The staff at reception are friendly. Lovely little breakfast. We would return. This hotel was a great find.
