The Resort is in a beautiful position with lovely views but it is a bit run down. Our room was ok . It was clean but there was no mattress protector on the bed ! We had housekeeping for 3 days but not the next 3 days lol The staff were friendly and helpful but sometimes didn't understand what we were asking. Included breakfast was ok but often ran out of fruit. Fiafia night was great. The Garden Villas were pretty run down. The Gardens were nicely kept though. The Resort is very close to the Piula Pools which are well kept and beautiful. The Resort is a long way from Āpia and a very long way from the airport. We were picked up from the airport for free which was very good.

Beautifully positioned right on the water. The local family of cats were very friendly - hanging out at breakfast but without demanding food, and eager to sit on a lap or relieved pats.

Good stay but the staff could have been more attentive. The lady receptionist was amazing very friendly and full of knowledge. Breakfast was very average but the dinner was great but after four nights it would have been good to have a daily special that was separate from the menu. Location good for attractions but not so good for restaurant options.

Incredible beach view from the villas and pool. Absolute gorgeous sunset from the property. They could do better in getting rid of the cats and dogs on the property though. Fijian Bartender Absolute loved his vibe! Disappointed that i paid 3 extra roll out beds and got none.. They need more reception staff

Our original booking for the holiday home wasn’t available when we arrived, but they offered us two beachside villas instead which we were happy with. The staff were great, super friendly and welcoming. They were also really good with housekeeping, always coming in for room service and helping with laundry which I appreciated. The cats and dogs around the property can be a bit annoying if you’re not really an animal person. I did enjoy my stay overall, but I think they definitely need to address the number of cockroaches getting into the rooms. Aside from that, it’s a good place to rest your head for the price.

Wir erhielten ein kostenloses Upgrade für eine Oceanvilla. Die Oceanvilla war geräumig. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Bei unserem Aufenthalt kamen am  Wochenende viele Familien. Ein netter Ressort um den nahegelegenen Piula Cave Pool und den Falefa Wasserfall zu besuchen. Am Sonntag sind alle Ausflugsziele geschlossen.

Lovely reception named Roi. She was so welcoming and looked after us when arrived at the resort.

Staff were lovely and it was relaxing for most of our stay. No food places nearby to bring food in which is a shame because our villa was so relaxing. Food at resort is 1/10.

The customer service was very good especially the receptionist she was very kind and lovely even the other employees

The room needed to be cleaned daily and sheets and towels changed frequently. Staff was not really visiable or on hand to help. Breakfast was good and fresh. It would be nice to have soap and shapoo available. The air con in the room was good.

This place is like dating someone gorgeous who hasn’t quite got their life together. The scenery is breathtaking, the gardens are lush and the staff are wonderfully friendly. But the bathroom and pool tiles are falling out like teeth in a bar fight, the walls rock a “post-party chic” look the pool could do with some maintenance. Food takes its sweet time to arrive and the buffet breakfast is more school camp than holiday indulgence. Still, the views and staff make it easy to forgive the quirks. It is budget friendly and a reasonable stay if you are not a travel princess expecting five star accommodation.
