My reservation was for a 1 bedroom.Got put into a 2 bedroom because the host falsely made available a 1 bedroom she did not have. I contact the host to inquire on an "extending my stay" through hotels.com again. The host does not respond. Rather, goes on insisting I must now move a different 1 bedroom unit after unpacking, having a fridge full of food that would need to be hauled to another floor of the building. She replies "I'm not doing you any favors" and starts sending messages in WhatsApp to me in German. It was quite bizarre because she is the one who against my reservation put into a 2 bedroom I did not reserve in the first place. Secondly, after arriving from the airport and looking for check-in there were only 2 large and unfriendly security guards in a parking garage at a small desk. They were gruff and difficult. One keeps asking me "what's my condo number?" over and over again. He keeps insisting for my Kenya phone number as a tourist just from the airport who has never been in Kenya before. After much difficulty and poor communication, I get info from the host who gives me a passcode in a lockbox to get in. 3.) The next morning about 8 hours after check-in two house cleaners knock on my door. Theyinsist I'm checking out today even though I'm only 8 hours into a 2 night reservation. I have to stop a work business call I'm on, show them my reservation information. Then they finally leave. The building is ok. The host and her unprofessional managemen condo is NOT.

Quite clean. Smooth check in. Walking distance supermarket. Quite convenient

Good location, smart apartment with all the basic requirements for a good and secure stay!
