Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel (nuovissimo) e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La posizione è buona, comoda a tutti i servizi: fermata della metropolitana, autobus e konbini sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti. L’hotel offre diversi servizi molto utili, tra cui distributori di bevande calde e fredde e una lavanderia con asciugatrice gratuita, davvero comoda soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale, sempre estremamente gentile, disponibile e sorridente. La loro cordialità ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca comfort, praticità e un’accoglienza impeccabile.

We had the Japanese style room with the private jacuzzi. Double beds super comfortable. Air conditioning perfect (if you come in July you will appreciate it it. And the shower is amazing. Pool was also really cool at the end of the day. The staff as expected in the beautiful country of Japan were perfect.

Fantastisk hyggelig betjening og helt nytt hotell/kjempeflott rom!Lite og koselig med basseng på taket som gjorde prikken over i en! Lokasjonen er i tillegg utmerket med kort vei til mange attraksjoner og kommunikasjon og vi brukte dette som base for reising rundt omkring med Shinkansen. Nesten trist å forlate denne perlen, men vi kommer nok tilbake🙏🙂

It’s a brand new hotel that was beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and well- appointed and the amenities well-curated. It’s located in a quiet residential area and away from the high-traffic tourist areas but within easy walking distance to many areas of interest as well as to 2 train stations. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, especially Ruby and Viola who welcomed us upon arrival and patiently answered our many questions. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has everything you need: laundry, coffee, pool, nice bathroom and shower amenities. The rooms were clean and a decent size for my family of 4. It was also within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Una doma muy tranquila

The hotel is relatively near Kyoto Station (20min walk or 13min drive). The rooms are clean, fairly spacious, and full of convenient amenities. In my room, there was a small desk, a futon bed, and a desk atop a tatami mat. Each bathroom includes a heated toilet, heated tub, and a shower. Room slippers are provided. The staff were excellent. They were very helpful throughout, going above and beyond. When we first arrived at the hotel, we were greeted warmly. The concierge explained the features of the hotel, making known that the laundry was available for free of charge, self-serve amenities were available in the lobby, and breakfast was available for purchase. Meanwhile, staff are available at the front desk from 7AM until 10PM (but on call at all hours). Luckily, the staff are also fluent in English, which made our stay very convenient. At the end of our stay, the staff allowed us to store our baggage after checking out and also assisted us with hailing cabs, loading out luggage into the cabs, and even held umbrellas for us in the rain. I’m pleased with my stay and would recommend the Kiyomizu Elite Terrace

Very nice hotel not far from the main temples and Gion. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was very cool too.

The hotel is clean and new and tastefully decorated. Nice beds, nice shower, comfortable sitting area inside and in the garden. Washer / dryer were convenient. Breakfast was not included but it is very good food!
