Please note the attraction's opening hours as follows (the operating hours are for reference only; please check the actual opening status on the day of your visit. We recommend arriving early to avoid affecting your visit): 1. October 1 to March 31: 10:00-18:00, last entry is 45 min before closing 2. April 1 to September 30: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, last admission 45 minutes before closing 3. Attraction closure dates: January 1, May 1, and December 25 4. Free admission periods: The first Sunday of each month from November to March; European Heritage Days on the third weekend of September (Saturday, September 20 – Sunday, September 21, 2025 and Saturday, September 19 – Sunday, September 20, 2026). 5. Attraction delayed opening hours: On the first Monday of each month (except working days), opening is delayed until 12:00. 6. Luggage storage is not available on-site. Large bags or suitcases are not permitted, and entry will be denied if brought. 7. Free admission requires ticket purchase: Visitors under 18 (accompanied by adults, excluding school groups), disabled visitors with one companion, EU residents or non-EU French permanent residents aged 16-25, ICOM cardholders (must present valid credentials on-site), and job seekers (must provide valid proof of over 6 months). At the Pantheon in Paris some of the most distinguished French luminaries are buried. This includes Voltaire, the Curies and Victor Hugo. The mausoleum features a neoclassical style, with a facade designed like the Pantheon in Rome. Its interior includes grand columns, vibrant frescoes and a dome rising 83 meters high. The Pantheon was built in the second half of the 18th century. The Pantheon was commissioned by King Louis XV for the patron saint of Paris, Saint-Genevieve
