Before buying, check if your phone is unlocked and supports eSIM by dialing "*#06#." If "EID" appears, your phone supports eSIM; if not, it doesn’t.

After confirming, look for a second email from tell@xplori.world with your eSIM QR code. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us at listen@xplori.world.

Install and activate your eSIM within 30 days of receiving it. If your departure is more than 30 days away, please contact us for help.

The QR code can only be scanned once to activate your data plan when connecting to a supported network, so ensure you scan it on the desired start date to avoid early activation.

After activation, please do not delete the eSIM, as it cannot be activated again if removed from your device, and we cannot assist if the eSIM is deleted.
