• An Open Trip will be joined by other participants whom you may not know beforehand, while a Private Tour will be joined by a group of participants that you have determined yourself.

• If you are not ready for pickup at the specified time and location, the tour will depart without you and your booking will be considered forfeited. You may submit a request to reschedule based on the tour operator's approval and availability on your chosen date.

• Accommodation, transportation, and meals are subject to change. The tour operator will replace them with similar services/items based on availability, type, and standards stated in the itinerary.
