After entering the voucher code and the required data, the eSIM QR code will be automatically sent to your email within a maximum of 5–15 minutes (during operational hours).

Without entering the voucher code on our website, you will not receive the eSIM.

Device Must Support eSIM

Ensure your device supports eSIM and is operator-unlocked. No refunds will be issued if the eSIM cannot be used due to incompatible devices. Read here to find out more.

Validity & Quota

Validity starts from the first activation of the eSIM.

This package does not include phone services (voice call) and SMS. The provided number is technical and cannot be used to receive SMS/OTP.

Each voucher code can only be used once and cannot be transferred or re-claimed.

Make sure not to share your voucher code with others.

Orders placed during operational hours will be processed and sent on the same day.

Your eSIM QR Code will be sent to your email within 30–60 minutes after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed outside operational hours will be processed and sent the next day.

Important eSIM Information

Scan the QR Code from your email for instant activation. No registration or personal data entry is required.

Do not delete the eSIM from your device. The QR Code can only be used once on one device.

Internet speed depends on the local signal and network quality. We cannot provide refunds due to speed reduction.

Hotspot usage (connection sharing) can cause speed reduction and device overheating.

This is a data-only eSIM (cannot make calls or send SMS). You can still use WhatsApp, Line, Telegram, etc., for communication.

According to the Fair Usage Policy, if data usage is very high in a short period, speed may be reduced by the operator without prior notice.
