Eligibility for Free Vaccination

This free vaccination program is open to the public, for people aged 18 years old and above.

To receive this free service, you must bring a valid KTP alongside your Traveloka voucher.

How to Register for the Free Vaccination Program

If you qualify for a free COVID-19 vaccine based on the requirements above, simply register yourself by booking the vaccine through the Traveloka app.

Enter the coupon code "VAKSIN" on the payment page to register yourself free of charge.

Make sure to register yourself at least 1 (one) day before coming to the vaccination center.

Register your name and personal details through Traveloka app. While making the registration, make sure to answer the question regarding your second vaccination. If you would like to take the second dose in Terminal 3 CGK, please choose "YES". If you choose "NO", you can get the second dose by yourself at KEMKES, POLTEKKES & BPPSDM KEMKES or Port Health Office (Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan) vertical hospitals.

Health Warnings

Please ensure that you do not have any of the following health conditions before registering, as the staff reserves the right to refuse service at the venue if you do not fulfill the vaccination requirements.

People who contracted the COVID-19 virus less than 3 months before vaccination,

People with blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg,

People with type 2 diabetes mellitus disease, and HbA1C below 59 mmol/mol or 7.5%,

Pregnant women,

Have symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) within the last 7 days,

Have a serious allergy,

People with kidney diseases, rheumatism, and chronic digestive diseases, or have a fever (above 37.5 degree Celsius).

What to Do at the Vaccination Center

After registering via the Traveloka app, you will receive an e-voucher for the vaccination and health screening form in PDF format, which will be sent via email. You can also access the form through this link .

Bring your e-voucher, a valid ID (KTP), health screening form, and a pen upon arrival at the vaccination center. If you don't bring the health screening form, you need to fill in the form in the airport.

Please come to the airport vaccination center according to the your selected schedule to prevent crowds. If you are a flight passenger from CGK you need to come to the vaccination centre at least 4 hours before your flight departure time.

Once there, head to the registration table, where a member of the staff will check your documents and registration details.

After registration, you will be redirected to the waiting area for a pre-vaccination medical checkup. Once you pass the medical checkup, you will be given the vaccine shot.

After receiving the shot, you will be asked to wait at the observation area for about 15 minutes. If there are no adverse symptoms, you may leave the vaccination center.

You will get the first vaccination certificate that can be accessed in Peduli Lindungi Apps.

If you choose to take the second vaccination in Terminal 3 CGK, you will automatically receive the second vaccination voucher in your email 3 days before you get the second vaccination. If you choose not to take the second dose at Terminal 3 CGK, referring to the Surat Edaran Nomor: HK.02.02/I/1669/2021 from Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, you can get the second dose by yourself at KEMKES, POLTEKKES & BPPSDM KEMKES or Port Health Office (Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan) vertical hospitals as listed here.
