Reservations

Make a reservation after purchase.

Contact the ZAP outlet you will be visiting, at least 1 day before arrival. Contact details for the relevant ZAP outlet can be found in the "Contact, Facilities, Service Languages, and Other Info" section.

Make sure the reservation has been confirmed before your visit.

How to Redeem

Show your voucher at the entrance.

Only valid vouchers will be accepted. Proof of payment and receipts cannot be used for entry.

The ZAP Exclusive Membership program is valid for 1 year from the transaction date

ZAP Exclusive Membership and Membership Benefits cannot be transferred to any party

The validity period of the ZAP Exclusive Membership and its Membership Benefits will automatically expire if the Member does not use the Membership Benefits within the specified time

If there is a Deposit in the form of a Gift Card, the deposit can be transferred for treatment payments and others at ZAP

Discounts do not apply to consultations with doctors

Make sure to show the ZEM card that has been purchased before treatment.

Clients are required to make a reservation before undergoing treatment and clients are required to confirm with the outlet if there are delays or are unable to attend the treatment.
