Reservation

Make a reservation after purchase.

Contact the ZAP outlet you plan to visit, at least 1 day before arrival. Contact details for the relevant ZAP outlet can be found in the section “Contact, Facilities, Service Language, and Other Information”.

Ensure the reservation has been confirmed before your visit.

How to Redeem

Show the voucher at the entrance.

Only valid vouchers are accepted. Payment proofs and receipts cannot be used for entry.

ขอเงินคืนอย่างช้าที่สุด 1 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าชมที่คุณเลือกเพื่อรับ มากสุด 100% เงินคืน

การจองของคุณจะไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้หากคุณขอคืนเงิน น้อยกว่า 1 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าชมที่เลือก

จำนวนเงินคืนสุดท้ายจะไม่รวมค่าบริการ คูปองส่วนลด และ/หรือค่าธรรมเนียมรหัสเฉพาะการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร

หากต้องการยกเลิกการจองและขอรับเงินคืน โปรดไปที่ การจองของฉัน ในส่วน จัดการการจอง ให้แตะ คืนเงิน และทำตามขั้นตอนการขอคืนเงิน (มีให้ในแอป Traveloka เวอร์ชัน 3.18 ขึ้นไปหรือเว็บไซต์เดสก์ท็อปของ Traveloka)

The program is valid for all Clients, both new and old

The ZAP Exclusive Membership program is valid for 1 year from the transaction date

ZAP Exclusive Membership and Membership Benefits cannot be transferred to any party

The validity period of ZAP Exclusive Membership along with Membership Benefits will automatically expire if the Member does not use the Membership Benefits within the specified time

If there is a Deposit top-up in the form of a Gift Card, that deposit can be transferred for payment of treatments and other services at ZAP

Discounts are not valid for consultations with doctors

Make sure to show the purchased ZEM card before treatment.

Clients are required to make a reservation before undergoing treatment, and clients are required to confirm with the outlet if there is a delay or they cannot attend the treatment.
