- Treatment is carried out every 45-60 days.

- Customers are required to make a reservation at least 1 day before arrival by telephone.

- Consultation and treatment reservation must be made on a different date (maximum 3 days after voucher purchase).

- This treatment is not recommended for customers with the following conditions: skin diseases (allergies, eczema, and other skin diseases), medical conditions (symptoms of infection, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, thyroid, or other conditions), genetic diseases (keloids, photosensitive, allergic to drugs or have rough skin), pregnant and lactating women, very dark skin, alcoholics, taking drugs regularly or under the supervision of a doctor, using a pacemaker, seizures, chronic disease, very sensitive skin, or other similar conditions.

- Musee Platinum has the right to refuse customers who are unable to present a valid ID.

Customers who use contraceptives or IUDs cannot perform the Bikini Line section of the treatment. Customers cannot receive treatment, if they have one of the conditions below: skin disease (allergies, eczema, other skin diseases), medical conditions (symptoms of infection, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, thyroid, or other conditions that affect daily activities), genetic diseases (keloids, photosensitive, drug allergies or have rough skin), pregnant & lactating women, very dark skin, alcoholics, taking drugs regularly or under doctor's supervision, using cardiac aids, seizures -seizures, chronic disease, very sensitive skin, or other conditions
