We accept full payment or 30% in advance as a deposit, with the balance due no later than the first day of the tour.

The deposit cannot be refunded if the guest cancels. Rescheduling is sometimes possible if confirmation is received from the vendor (Hotel, Transportation, Consumption, etc.)
