ขอเงินคืนอย่างช้าที่สุด 1 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าชมที่คุณเลือกเพื่อรับ มากสุด 100% เงินคืน

การจองของคุณจะไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้หากคุณขอคืนเงิน น้อยกว่า 1 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าชมที่เลือก

จำนวนเงินคืนสุดท้ายจะไม่รวมค่าบริการ คูปองส่วนลด และ/หรือค่าธรรมเนียมรหัสเฉพาะการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร

หากต้องการยกเลิกการจองและขอรับเงินคืน โปรดไปที่ การจองของฉัน ในส่วน จัดการการจอง ให้แตะ คืนเงิน และทำตามขั้นตอนการขอคืนเงิน (มีให้ในแอป Traveloka เวอร์ชัน 3.18 ขึ้นไปหรือเว็บไซต์เดสก์ท็อปของ Traveloka)

• The program applies to all Clients, both new and existing Clients

• The ZAP Exclusive Membership program is valid for 1 year from the transaction date

• ZAP Exclusive Membership and Membership Benefits cannot be transferred to any party

• The validity period of the ZAP Exclusive Membership and its Membership Benefits will automatically expire if the Member does not use the Membership Benefits according to the specified time

• If there is a Deposit in the form of a Gift Card, the deposit can be transferred for treatment payments and others at ZAP

• Discounts do not apply to consultations with doctors

• Make sure to show the ZEM card that has been purchased before treatment.

• Clients are required to make a reservation before undergoing treatment and clients are required to confirm with the outlet if there is a delay or inability to attend treatment.

สามารถร้องขอการกำหนดเวลาใหม่ได้สูงสุด 1 วัน ก่อนวันที่เลือก

กำหนดเวลาใหม่จะมีผลกับทั้งกลุ่มในการจอง

คุณสามารถกำหนดเวลาการจองใหม่เป็นวันใดก็ได้จากวันที่คุณได้รับบัตรกำนัลเป็น 14 วันหลังจากวันแรกที่คุณเลือก

คุณสามารถกำหนดเวลาใหม่เป็นวันที่มีราคาเท่ากับหรือต่ำกว่าการจองครั้งแรกของคุณเท่านั้น

เมื่อกำหนดเวลาใหม่แล้ว คุณจะไม่สามารถขอเงินคืนการจองของคุณได้
