Visitor eligibility

The service is available only to visitors with confirmed accommodation reservations at hotels within the covered delivery areas.

Service usage

Please register on the SAGAWA Hands-Free Service application site below:
- Shipping from Kyoto Station Crosta
- Shipping from Osaka Station Crosta
- Shipping from Shin-Osaka Station Crosta

Prior registration of the delivery destination via SAGAWA Hands-Free Service is required before arriving at the counter. Luggage without pre-registration cannot be accepted.

Same-day drop-off deadlines vary by station and may differ from the time shown in the SAGAWA system, so please refer to specific drop-off location details for the correct schedule.

When entering the drop-off date, the system automatically defaults the delivery date to the next day. Please rest assured that luggage will still be delivered on the same day as drop-off.

Planned drop-off dates can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance.

Same-day bookings must be placed by 10:00 on the date of use. No orders will be accepted after the final cutoff at 11:00.

Luggage eligibility

Each piece of luggage must have total dimensions (L+W+H) within 200 cm and weigh less than 30 kg.

Luggage exceeding 200 cm total dimensions (L+W+H) or weighing 30 kg or more per piece is not accepted.

Delivery coverage area

Station delivery is available for pickup at Hiroshima Station.

Hotel delivery is available to participating hotels within designated areas in Hiroshima City, including Higashi Ward, Naka Ward, and Minami Ward.

Some accommodations may require prior contact before delivery can be arranged.

Delivery is not available to unmanned accommodations such as private rentals (minpaku).
