- International flights: Meet at Gate 5 and arrive at the terminal (1st floor). Our pick-up staff will be waiting for you with a famous sign.

- Domestic flights: Arrive at the terminal gate 11 meeting point (1st floor). Our pick-up staff will be waiting for you with a famous sign.

- Maximum waiting time is 120 minutes

Bangkok hotel pick-up and drop-off:

- The meeting point is in the hotel lobby

- Maximum waiting time for hotel pick up is 30 minutes

- Airport transfer terms and conditions -

The transfer service operates 24 hours a day

If your flight is delayed, please contact customer service immediately

Extra waiting fee 300 baht/hour

Any additional stops or sudden changes in drop-off locations without prior agreement with the operator will incur an additional cash payment

If the flight arrival time for the airport pick-up service is delayed, if the transfer time needs to be changed, notification must be made at least 3 hours before the original transfer time.

If the flight departure time for the airport drop-off service is delayed and the connection time needs to be changed, notification must be made at least 6 hours before the original connection time.

If the flight is delayed or any situation requires additional waiting time (exceeding the free waiting time stated on the website), you must confirm with the driver before continuing.

- Bangkok BTS Skytrain Rabbit Card Information -

2 BTS Rabbit cards per room (BTS Rabbit has a stored value of 100 Baht)

It is scheduled to be picked up on the day of check-in. Please note if you need to pick up the card on other days.

Scope of use: All BTS systems in Bangkok (excluding MRT)

If you encounter issues with your card, such as expiration and/or redemption or other defective conditions at launch, please keep the physical card with you until the review process is complete
