Children under 3 years are free of charge but still required to obtain an admission ticket at the box office.

Good to know:

Please plan ahead and arrive at the activity location at least 45-60 minutes before your scheduled activity time to allow for security checks. Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure, and boats will leave promptly on schedule.

Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wheelchair access is provided on the first floor of all vessels.

An onboard cafe and full-service bar are available for purchasing a freshly prepared menu of sandwiches, salads, and snacks along with hot and cold beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails.
