Il y a beaucoup de choses à améliorer le petit-déjeuner

Bien. Chambres propres et de bonne taille. Wifi fonctionne peu. Accueil et disponibilité du parking rare. Petit déjeuner pas assez varié et produits peu qualitatifs :/

Great staff, good breakfast, spacious and comfortable rooms

I was for 2 nights with my mum and my sister. Excellent hotel ! Friendly staff very clean ! Quiet and good location . My sister wanted to comeback with her family when she come to Oran for holiday ! Thank you and well done to all the staff for the good standard

The cleaning and the breakfast staff were amazing. It did however feel like every 2 days I had to go downstairs to the reception as my room card would not unlock my door. Overall a good experience.

A modern, clean and very well equipped hotel. Some teething problems however with being so new - the shower drainage system was poor and therefore the shower overflowed. Otherwise, the hotel was well located with taxi footfall near. Hotel had all the creature comforts one would expect.

Hormis, le comportement inacceptable d une hôtesse d accueil au niveau du comptoir, l ensemble du personnel à été courtois, à l écoute, disponible et répondu à nos attentes. Le premier jour, après notre petit déjeuner, nous avons été désagréablement surpris de ne trouver aucune serviettes à notre disposition(tout avais été retiré). Malgré nos explications à cette dite hôtesse, elle s est permise de nous reprocher de ne pas avoir nous apportés une serviette personnelle. Aucune excuse de sa part. Cordialement

Très bonne adresse à Oran. Personnel accueillant, chaleureux, efficace. Chambres bien insonorisés et confortables.

Good staff, I got the early check-in I requested. Nice room, comfortable bed, and pretty views with a little balcony.

The staff at the hotel are friendly. But the hotel needs major improvements. When we first got there the toilet of the room was filthy. So we were moved to a different room. We then weren't told there's no water, which we had to find out the hard way by using the toilet and not being able to flush or wash our hands. Few hours later water was up and running, decided to shower. The shower water was overflowing and not draining so we were moved rooms again, back to the one we had originally. After these issues we decided we might have some luck upgrading our room instead, which we had to pay the extra cost off. Not somewhere we will rush back. The staff were great, the hotel looks good but was a bit dirty.

Très belle établissement..quasi neuf..literie et aménagement très correcte.. Le personnel et direction a l'écoute et réactif.. Juste au niveau des wc une odeur pas très appréciable.. Très belle établissement..dans un quartier populaire calme et a proximité du centre ville

Très joli hôtel,je regrette qu il n y ai pas de fruits aux petit déjeuner,sinon les dîners étaient bons et copieux. Les chambres sont très jolies les matelas très confortables.Le personnel toujours prévenant.

Das Hotel ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Ein paar Abnutzungsspuren im Bad aber ansonsten einwandfrei. Sauber und Sicher. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, gratis WLAN sowie klimatisiert. Die Tram (Straßenbahnhaltestelle) liegt nur 9 min vom Hotel entfernt und ist sehr leicht ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Nettes Personal, wer Ausflüge plant sollte nach Sido fragen. Sehr netter Taxifahrer, der faire Preise hat(wir waren u.a mit ortsansässigen unterwegs) Im großen und ganzen kann man das Hotel immer wieder weiter empfehlen.
