Average is a good word for this property, studio too was small are very average with damaged paint on woodwork and doors. Bathroom looked renovated apart from the very mouldy or dirty tiles. Small things could make a difference no bedside lamp, no hook on the back of the door for towels. No shelf in the shower to put soap on had to put bottles on the floor. Just very basic. Bed was cheap and not comfortable. It just looks rundown and very thrown together and not maintained well.

Air con unit leaks (dripping constantly), the TV remote does not work, roller blinds are mouldy. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Excellent position right in the heart of Hastings street. The room had everything you need, comfortable bed, aircon, small but functional bathroom and very clean. There was parking available but we weren’t able to find this out before arriving as there was no response from all enquires, via website/phone etc which was frustrating.

Nothin good. Really small, no parking, no one at reception, hours of pounding music coming from the cafe below and only access to room is via stairs. Over priced and would not stay in the motel again

For the price we were disappointed with the age, size and facilities of this room. The bed was an average spring mattress. The room and bathroom in particular was old and simple but very very small. You can’t even open the shower door without closing the bathroom door first. We weren’t happy with our short stay. Won’t pick this location again.

Honestly, apart from excellent position, there was nothing that met a reasonable standard.
Bathroom was cramped, toilet seat askew, no storage, bed was on castors that could not be locked.
Bedside table was a rough sawn log (I kid you not) Fridge was freezing everything,TV remote didn't work but apart from that it was dirty too.
No reception desk to complain.
I am sure you could easily find better.

Parking was a minor issue it should be clearly stated that there is limited space it should be a separate tick on the registration form Place was ok would I stay there again ? Not sure
