Very nice clean apartment with all the fittings required.

It was a big advantage to have a washing machine and dryer provided for families in the property. Highly recommended!

Excellent place close to hospitals

Perfectly located for our needs. Large room, fully equipped with everything we needed. Would be great for people needing to stay near the hospitals.

A great, quiet location. Room had excellent amenities. Very close to major hospitals.

I booked this stay for it's proximity to the hospital district - only a 15min walk, which is terrific. It was quite last minute, which is why I was a bit limited in my room selection. I had a room directly opposite the front door, meaning I could hear people coming and going throughout the night. But there's not much to be done about that. The room was well equipped. Sadly, the carpet was awful. It was so dirty it turned the soles of my feet black. I even washed and dried them and walked on the carpet again just to check it wasn't anything to do with my shoes......but no......it's the carpet. I ended up wearing my shoes the whole time I was in the room when I wanted to walk about. The fridge and cutlery draw was a bit grubby too. The best part was the gentleman behind the reception counter. He's just lovely and very helpful.

Nice, clean, good amenities

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. Staff were accommodating and helpful.

Rooms were nice. Location was close to CBD. 15 minutes tram. however, ran out of hot water while showering. no room make up while we were out.

Annie is super helpful.clean neat and comfortable.

Free onsite parking was a key drawcard. Staff were friendly and our one bedroom apartment had all the usual facilities. Bathroom sink was very tiny and only slightly deeper than the cabinet above. The bedroom was also quite narrow and only had room for one open suitcase. The apartment was located up two flights of stairs so may not suit those with heavy luggage! But these are all minor quibbles. Would happily stay there again.

Warm welcome on arrival. Perfect location for our itinerary. Plenty of space in our 2 br apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. Pleasant interaction with our hosts. Easy parking.

It was very convenient for us. Annie was very welcoming and showed us to our appartment. We would stay again when we travel to Melbourne. The appartment had every thing we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning a bonus as the weather was quite warm.

Annie was an amazing host, and Apartments on Chapman was an accessible and affordable location for us as a group of 4 teenagers coming from Adelaide. We highly recommend Apartments on Chapman for anyone who wishes to have an enjoyable and fun stay in Melbourne.

It was quite and clean. But using Credit card as a means of identification I don't think is healthy for me. I wasn't comfortable despite reassurance.

Lorraine was very friendly at reception with good local knowledge making the check-in very easy.
