My friend and I are DISGUSTED in Both WOTIF AND THE ATRIUM. Booked rhrough Wotif, you said No Paymr t til the day, I get a email the night before ftom the Atrium saying they're was some issue with my credit and theyes NOT , PLUS - WHY Did the Atrium Call me and say this? We got there and INSTEAD OF "CHEAP RATES" they tell me its $179 , HIT ME WITH A $250 DEPOSIT - AND TELL US WE HAVE TO PAY $35 EACH $70 FOR BREAKFAST!!!

Family friendly. Good location. No eating or drinking facilities open on sunday which was disappointing.

The staff were lovely and the guy rushed off his feet making morning coffees was still happy and polite. The room smelt musty and damp, really dated, couch was uncomfortable and dirty. Just for the money we paid I’d expect more and better facilities in the room and cleaner. Great location!

We had a good stay and it all went well. It was only the parking area that I didn’t really like. No fencing.

We booked a deluxe king room, this is not what we got. We got a bed which was 2 king singles pushed together, one of the mattresses is probably about 10 years past being due for changing it was that flat when lying down. We could hear the TV in the room next door all night & noise from the bar & pool was so loud in the room. With a hotel layout like this, rooms should have soundproof doors installed to minimise noise. The aircon unit was very old & loud. The extension cord provided was broken & only 2 outlets could be used. The hand towel holder was hanging off the wall when we arrived. Noise from the balcony door in the room above was also very loud. The hotel in general is in need of a major revamp. We definitely won't be back and won't recommend this hotel.

Love the place been going there since it opened years ago with parents now still love it love the pool inside no sunburn.

We stay at the Atrium each time we travel to Mandurah.

The location was very good for what we wanted to do that weekend

Very old property that has been maintained well and is clean. Our booking was pay at property so was expecting to pay when we got there instead received a message to say our card declined and to call hotel immediately which I did. I was told even though it was pay at hotel during busy times it has to be paid before, which we did. This should be mentioned in the booking as it’s not pay at property. Also $250 holding fee is taken on check in stating can take up to 7 days due to banks for refunds. If you want a hotel in central mandurah which is clean and has an indoor pool and the price is right $120-$150 per night then it’s ok but the price yesterday for this room went up to $350, certainly not worth the high price tag.

we found this nice hotel for a family of 4/ arriving late into Perth at 8pm, this is around 1 hour drive. parking is easy and if you arrive late, please let the hotel knows in advance, they will standby a guard to pass you the key

Great central location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Great pool area. Bed lovely and comfy and bedding was spotless and clean . Lack of some amenities in apt. For example....cutting board, grater, sockets for charging tablets, phones etc. and an additional table in bedroom would have been handy.

I did love it is close to everything that we needed to do but I was shocked there was no air-con in the bedrooms. I couldn't stay here in very hot weather.

The room smells terrible and there is no exhaust vent in the bathroom. It is a very old buildig and our 1-night stay was ridiculously overcharged.

The Atrium’s interior and exterior are a bit of a dinosaur needing a lot of tender loving care. Plenty of parking. Easy and convenient access to other dining areas near foreshore.
