Room was very clean and lady checking us in was pleasant. Bathroom was down the draughty hall. Pressure in over bath shower poor. Toilet in seperate corridor and only one of each facility, so had to rush between others trying to access these. Room has a heater and fan, wardrobe too. Walls so thin that you might as well have been in same room as neighbours. Ghost tour held mostly outside our room. Separate room with tea coffee water milk and biscuits. microwave and fridge No dining facilities in pub and bar closes very early. A number of other options in walking distance though. We stayed for two nights, one would be more than enough. Building very old and has plenty of character. Free on street parking

Non avevano la nostra prenotazione al check in. La reception chiude alle 18, non so come si possa fare check in dopo ... Niente wifi Biscotti , the, caffè e cioccolata gratuita nell'area comune. Camera spaziosa e ragazza al bar molto gentile. Ma in generale non lo consiglio.

I wasn't expecting the Ritz, after all the room was under $90 for the night. However, it should have been cheaper. The carpets throughout were worn, dirty and in my room there was a huge year in the carpets. The

Room was downstairs and absolutely feral. En-suite with no door, cracked and boarded up windows, mould in the carpet. Sold as Queen but only double - bed at least was clean. Only stayed because we got rained out of our tent camping

Its an old pub, for an overnighter it was fine, limited facilities but you get what you pay for. Staff very helpful and very clean, lots of stairs, Indian Hut nearby was superb, very happy with my quick stopover in Boonah!

Amazingly friendly staff, clean and safe rooms and close to everything! Look forward to staying again next year!

Old pub and amenities in kind, great staff and friendly locals

No food in the pub. Staff were helpful pointing me in the right direction. Boonah is a great place with plenty of other eateries.

The staff were helpful, but the hotel itself is old and rundown, and for a pub not to have a bistro was a bit inconvenient

The room was not what we had booked. No airconditioning, but a pedastal fan that ran for 15 secs every 10 seconds. It was an extremely hot and humid day and was a stuffy room. Many steps to the bedroom was rickety and very creeky. We got our money back and luckily found a motel

It’s a dump. Shearers accom is better. Rooms dirty, carpet worn out & filthy, no aircon of any sort, no beside table/light, only 1 x double power point for charging devices, shared bathrooms sure real crappy - do I need to add more ?? Ps - how could I forget to mention the 2 x 40mm cockroaches ?

Basic room, very dated, but comfortable enough for a night. Friendly staff, told us the hotel is up for sale but needs a lot spending on it, so possibly not hopeful

Requested a late arrival recieved a phone call and spoke to gentleman said we would be arriving late. No problems..We asked for about 6/7pm we noticed that we would be arriving later then we thought gave another phone call a lady answered told her we would be arriving about 8.30-9.30 weren't told that they couldn't accommodate the late check in were told that's ok .When we arrive at 9.30PM the place is shut and not a single word spoken about if a key was left somewhere or even a call We arrived with our 2 children who just went through an 11 hour trip to a business shut. We couldnt book elsewhere as every other business was shut also. I've never in life come across a business that just leaves you for dead. We had to sleep with our kids in the car at the park. Despicable and very Un professional would NOT recommend..

Old property, still running well. The staff Ken, Vicky and Karen are good, and need to be looked after by the owners.

Great place to stay and excellent for the money

Old pub, but cleanest l’ve stayed at of this type. Only option besides Motels in town. No meals, but plenty cafes & Hotel across the road has micro brewery & renovated bars/dining. Ensuite room large with clean linen & comfortable bed.
