Staff were very helpful and friendly at check-in. First night had to get caretaker to let me out as the door locked me in. And the morning I was leaving found ants through everything. The playgrounds and parks were lovely and very safe with security gate.

Not much around to access but otherwise good

The room was nice, and clean, warm and comfortable, but the greatest downfall was that there was NO phone signal, which meant frustrating time spent trying to make a phone call and even more so, trying to use my computer. I had even taken my own mobile wifi and could have hot-spotted my phone, but the signal was only enough to send a text. The park offers free wifi, which I didn't intend to use as it obviously would be an unsecure network, however, I do not understand why they even bother. In fact the reception lady said to me when she gave me the code - "IF it works" - which, until I tried desperately to get some computer work done, I didn't think about. So, if you just want a relaxing time in a nice room - TV, air-conditioning, fridge, microwave, ensuite, and don't want to be able to make a phone call, check your emails or do anything else on the internet, this room is great, but if you live in the 21st century, it's not a great place! I don't know how the permanent residents manage? Nice spot, but until you get about 2kms away, you can't communicate with the rest of the world, which is fascinating, if frustrating, as I live in a tiny rural/remote community and we have great signals. This is metropolitan and it's shocking! Not their fault, but they should not advertise free wifi; instead should say "no phone/internet coverage"!!

Every time I go there i inform the staff of TINY ANTS invading the unit .

Room is TINY and basic. For the money you could have at least provided shampoo. Wifi with code is acceptable but not great. A/C compressor shakes the whole place when running, should be ground mounted.

Booked a cabin, got a cramped single donga. Was told it was because I booked though a third party site. Traffic noise from the freeway disrupted sleep. Would not book there again

Great little clean room, easy to park light truck undercover

Good value for money. Honest about what the accomodations are, simple and inexpensive for the one bed unit I rented. Awesome location with easy access to everything you need and really convenient public transport options. Great stay.

Really bad reception even when using the wifi and 2 minutes of hot water per shower

Clean and has amenities, but the laundry closes after hours, so we had to do laundry off site and the wifi ranges from terrible to non-existent, so not suitable for any online work or streaming. We had to go offsite to do any work.

When we arrived the fridge had left food in from the previous People and the toilet had Something yuk in like someone had vomit in there .. besides that the stay was good enough

Shower curtain was filthy, I was bitten over night on my hands overnight, only 2 tea bags in the room, no iron which was fine but no option to borrow one either. Free internet is useless but was warned about that on check in. Phone signal is minimal.

The check in procedure was confusing (already described in check in feedback). I described the ambiguity to the manager to avoid furture problems. Am not convinced that the Manager agreed with my point.

Quiet, comfy

The place was exactly as described nice small quiet caravan park. Close to midland and bus stop if you preferred right out the front to take you into the shopping district or train station. Room was as expected i took a single room it was clean and everything i could need for a few days stay.
