Cairns Queens Court

It was a good stay to begin with...but as i returned from going out around 10pm ..the lights and air-conditioning was not working...I called staff and the night manager came around and said He was going to charge me $100 for a call out fee... I told him that the air-conditioning and lights were not working He said he couldn't help us...so we were hot and sweating all night.. When i checked out, i asked if i could have a discount as i didn't have air-conditioning all night the staff at the front desk said she couldn't give me a discount and just said she was sorry...this is a disgrace...not happy

Adequate for 2 nights but no longer. Fridge too small. Decor dated - needs updating. No balcony/outside space. No storage or shelves in bathroom. Communal area rarely used as not inviting. Pool area not sunny or inviting. Laundry facilities excellent. Air con excellent. Staff friendly.

Personnel très aimable, à l'écoute, très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et propre, avec réfrigérateur, très pratique ! L, hôtel est à 10 minutes a pied du centre, idéal pour se balader en soirée, Nous avons été très satisfaits, abordable Nous le recommandons pour une étape, il y a aussi une piscine, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de nous rafraîchir.

I was pleased with all of the areas including service and the area of the motel,also the after hours access and parking availability which in some hotels this section in security I doesn’t provide this. I was also satisfied with the easy access to breakfast . I will return again on my stay to the Queens court as I loved the short time of my stay,including the support in changing rooms and budget price. Thanks. Dwayne Roger’s.

It’s very good if you do not mind stairs and sharing the bathroom with others. The staff were helpful and friendly. If we return, I’ll have to try for a ground floor room.

Please clean up room 名札をかけていたのに、タオルの交換、ゴミ捨てさえもされてなかったです。 レセプションも7:00pmで閉まってるし、汚れたタオルをもう一日使いました。

They charge me one price & don’t give me the other prices just for having a dog until you get there

Its a 2 star hotel at best. Very old air-con, which despite being on all day and night for 4 days straight still didnt get the room down to 18. Ants in the shower, appear to be comijg from behind the tiles. Theres not much round the hotel ie convience stores and limited facilities at the hotel. No maid service on sundays. Very much reminds me of a hotel single room over a hotel.

Fantastic place close to the centre. Very clean will definitely will stay there again. Great price as well.

An amazing receptionist and a friendly environment.

The staff was friendly. The pool and common area were inviting and clean. It's walking distance from the Esplanade and downtown Cairns.
