Thank you to the wonderful team that organised our rooms on the quiet floor for my elderly parents.
The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

Pillows were terrible and hard, first night sleep was uncomfortable the silding window blinds were hard to open in the room even lightly cut my arm in the process of trying to open it. however the staff were sincere and very helpful to make it as comfortable as possible for my family and I.

Blinds didnt work throughout our stay and we were been told that the technician didn't turn up. No upfront communication, we had to raise this issue.
Shampoo and body wash were empty in bathroom and we had to ask the front desk in order for them to be refilled.
Housekeeping on day 2 or day 3 didn't occur until 4.30pm.
Leftover food and tray were left outside our room.
Guests across from ours are very loud and triggered the fire alarm on our last day.
Overall, room itself is ok except we never get the chance to have functioning blinds to see out the window.

Loved the brekky and free parking deal we got. Breakfast buffet was great as were all dining options. Disliked bathrooms. Need updating. Mouldy shower curtain. Boisterous rugby players in the restaurant were disappointing. I won’t mention the team name as it was only 4 players

The bathrooms are very dated and need renovating. The breakfast buffet was very busy and we were seated in the conference room which was out of the way to access the buffet and the food was cold.

Very close to shops and transport if required. Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Family of 4 found it very easy to stay here and would stay here again.

My 5 yo son needed a bath but there was no plug. We rang down for one and 30minutes later they brought one to our room, but it leaked. It's not a big thing but frustrating.

There was no mattress cover on both beds. Reported to reception staff in the morning they said they would check up on housekeeping. We did not realise we had to request a top sheet on the bed. Recent stay at Crowne Plaza Pert they were supplied! Great breakfast. Thank you
