Overall Experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) Comments: We had a lovely stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist was very kind and friendly — really appreciated the warm welcome. The only thing we’d suggest for improvement is addressing the unpleasant gutter smell coming from the bathroom. It was quite noticeable and affected the otherwise great experience. Thank you for the hospitality!

Nice staff and clean room

Very poor service from bar staff upon checkin, reception wasnt open, n then was hit with 3xtra charges. Very poor motel/hotel

I would recommend El Toro as the location with the Pub is excellent. The Mexican restaurant was closed on the night that I was there BUT they also have a Kebab shop on site and it was only $5 for a Kebab on a Thursday night. The staff were fantastic and accommodating. Very pleasent experience all in all.

The staff were outstanding & even tho the outside of the property looked a little dated, the inside was very clean and fresh.

Hot water couldn’t be adjusted . Could not fill the kettle Very noisey (old) air conditioner

Modern, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Pub next door with food. And great value.

Hotel reception was lovely, however standard of the room was far lower than we expected based on the photos for a “deluxe room” that were on their website, such as broken shower head holder and the hot water temperature was fluctuating uncontrollably. The area in which the motel is located was rather shady and the fact there was a pub and sports bar located right next door meant there was loud music for long parts of the night. We were uncomfortable with the security of our vehicle due to the fact the motel and pub share a car park which was not secure.

So clean and quiet place to stay, With a kebab restaurant and pub your literally need no more than this.

The renovation are a good improvement, I like what they have done, but there is a few areas they could have done better. The rooms are nice, floor is new and clean, the bathroom tiles are nice color and the bed was comfortable. On the other hand, the bathroom sink is the smallest one I have ever seen, it makes no sense with the improvements to pick one so tiny, there is no shelf to put toothpaste, shavers, etc near the sink, there is no towel hook near the shower or sink. a light over the sink would be helpful when I am trying to shave, i hate accidents and i can't conceal it if I get a cut.
