Love this place,highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Staff are friendly. Right across the road is flagged beach, semi easy walk to Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. Very close to plenty of dining options. Fantastic ocean views. Your on a main road so expect traffic noise but closing the balcony doors block it out. I have no complaints at all.

Found it quite noisy with the air conditioner going at night in the room.
The fish pond in the foyer with the fountain was also rather noisy & wet the floor in the walkway so you had to be careful when walking past.
But was a good location & pleasant enough. Nice eating places nearby.
Found the TV was way too high up on the shelf on the wall for us though
Excellent that you don’t have to pay extra for your car park.

Absolutely loved staying here and will definitely return! This was my first time staying in the Sunshine Coast and couldn’t recommend this location higher. The beach is just across the road, there’s bus stops with easy links to the airport/shops right outside, and a wonderful coffee place attached to the building.
I read some reviews that said the decor was dated in some rooms - my room wasn’t brand new but it was sparkling clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool towel hire was a great bonus too.
I had a ground floor room with a patio, which felt safe and secure at all times.

Whilst this venue was in a good area, particularly for beach access and short drive/stroll from dining area, the property is dated, which also means it looks unclean but I am sure it is clean.
I had difficulty checking in late and was greeted by an abrupt person who advised they had a wrong number for me but the number on the paperwork was correct. So no contact was made to advise me how to check in after hours. And no communication during stay despite walking past reception multiple times per day.
The bed was poorly made with plenty of sheet to tuck in one side and none the other requiring me to remake, but uncomfortable until I realised early in the morning.
I will go elsewhere next time.
