Clean rooms and bathrooms were clean, water and milk in fridge when we arrived. It is a hotel located next to Concord West train station so noisy (especially on a Friday night) Great if you want a cheap place to stay close to the city or Qudos Arena.

Disappointed that the Donna was stained on the double bed location was great but needs to improve the cleanliness of the bedding

The room smelled really smokey - like the olden days! One bed was fine, the other one was SO soft. There was only one regular tea bag too. Water in the fridge was appreciated and staff at check in very friendly. VERY easy walk to the Olympic park.

Great stay for a pub room. Very comfy and clean. Considering the price and the fact that it’s above a pub it was great and I got a good nights rest there. Also pub food was excellent.

All good friendly staff and easy access to transport ie. train station.

Our room needed a new mattress. Only had 1 coffee mug no spoon to stir coffee etc

Unexpectedly! The bed like “jumping castle”! One cup for 2 people staying! One chair! In the shared bathroom the window half open and can not close ( WINTER, outside not more than +6).. The hotel too old for service people!

Beds are comfortable

I loved that it was close the the Hyrox competition venue and we could walk. It was clean, comfortable and staff were very helpful. No hesitation in recommending it

Overall my stay was ok. The room was clean and I felt safe. But the room was supposed to have a refrigerator. There was no refrigerator. I asked about it. One of the staff seemed to think they could get one & agreed it was supposed to have one. And he Said he could make a call. But the other staff said no and no call would be made. I'd just have to deal with it. I was initially told i could get cold bottles of water, soda and Red Bull from the bar for free for the inconvenience . But the same staff were never there again the rest of my stay, and there was no notices left for new staff, to give me drinks for the inconvenience, Since i couldn't keep any in my room cold. That was very frustrating. I booked the room to have a refrigerator. Also there was no air conditioning. There was a ceiling fan. But no actual air conditioning, and it was incredibly warm in the room the entire stay. This was not stated there was no air in the rooms. It was also shared toilets/bath. Which also isn't stated. Not a deal breaker, but it should be very clear.

Good accommodations for a couple of nights stay. Room was small but just needed a place to sleep. Easy to get to train and Qudos Bank Arena for concert.
