Excellent stay at Diana. We had perfect facilities for the three of us with space to self cater and have a drink & spa bath before the theatre.
With the extra bonus of water refills and free parking.

My sisters, friends and I loved everything from the moment we checked in to our departure. The Evergreen Spa on site for a Massage, Hot tub, pedi etc a must do Ladies. Facial at Rejunenation Beauty Clinic a block away on Annerley road. Fun but loud Karaoke at Bens Vietnamese Restaurant after a cheap delicious dinner.
So many great spots on the doorstep of this iconic Hotel. It was perfect in every way for a little City stay. So close to all the popular spots of Brisbane however we were treated to the best spots right outside the Hotel ie: Princess Theatre Fables Bar & Cafe - C'est Bon & Le Bon Bar Rooftop. Loved it all and keep up the great service you all provide

I booked a room for my father whilst Mum was in hospital. From hotel door to Mater doors was no more than 2 min walk. Parking was included and the staff went out of their way to facilitate my father checking in early.
Only about 25 min walk to Southbank and plenty of eating options within 5 min walk.

Lovely stay in a clean, air-conditioned room with a very comfortable bed. Older area with plenty of food outlets close by and the Mater Hospial across the road. Although busy, the room was very quiet and we slept well. Parking was provided which was great, but spaces are narrow. Pleasant surprise.

The staff were great, very welcoming. With 24hr check in it made it nice and easy. The foyer is grand for a small hotel, it has a coffee and vending machine for when the restaurant is closed. The restaurant looks nice and clean (we did not get to try it though) with indoor and outdoor dinning with the waterfall in the back ground. The only fault would be the hotel parking around the back; little hotel patron parking that are small spots and only one disabled parking spot. But otherwise, great comfy hotel close to entertainment and food with being a leisurely walk to Southbank. Most likely be staying again!

Parking situation is not great. I stood at reception waiting to check in but no staff around. There was multiple pubic hairs in the bathroom. The lifts were being serviced when I wanted to checkout but there were no signs and the cleaning staff were unaware.

Great price and the rooms are awesome . We had the spa room and I can’t rate this room high enough . Spa was Devine! Beds awesome and lots of room . We will be back

We were very happy with the Hotel Diana. The staff were happy & friendly. It was convenient & close to Dining option which you could walk to. Close to hospitals and easy walk to the Gabba. Will stay again.

Don’t be fooled by the unassuming exterior or location of this hotel. We weren’t expecting too much other than an inexpensive place to sleep after our NYE celebration. We were so wrong. This hotel is excellent. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with lovely modern decor. It felt very luxurious and on par with and maybe even better than other more expensive hotels that we have stayed in. Parking was easy and the staff were wonderful. Location wise it was an easy 15 minute walk to our destination in Southbank. While the hotel doesn’t offer room service there are lots of food options available very close by and the buffet breakfast offered onsite looked very tempting. We were very satisfied with our stay here.

Hotel Diana is a great hotel, the location is amazing. It is close to the motorway and brisbane cbd. The room itself was very clean and the staff were very polite. Will definitely stay here again. Extremely impressed.
