The paid parking was an unnecessary expense. The room itself had most amenities malfunction. The television did not work, the fridge was off on arrival, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work either. The shower head was broken and sprayed a key of water at eye level, one toilet button worked occassionally at best. Room was clean, but window was that dirty it was hard to see out and sheets had dark stains on them. I appreciate it is a "budget" hotel- but the people screaming randomly through the night made for broken sleep. The noise insulation from outside was good, but a lot of noise came from other guests. Smokers hovered near every door to outside filling the halls with smoke. Did not enjoy the experience, would not return.

Cockroach was running around, and it was very annoying.

1 tiny long life milk in fridge for 2 people. Dirty towel. Breakfast buffet was appalling. Needs more reception staff. Poor guy was run off his feet + long check in time. No washers. Could go into more detail but you get the point.

I cancelled this reservation due to wrong location. The hotel i was looking is for Sydney CBD not in great western Highway. It's unfair that i am being charged since i did not use the accomodation. I inform IBIS Budget Wentworthville about this case and still i was charged.I emailed wotif as well but no action is being done. I am depressed for this case. I hope you need to look unto it. Thank you

Foul smell from the air conditioning unit, bathroom not clean, poo stain in toilet, extraction fan covered in dust and grime, uncomfortable and uneven mattress which the inner springs can be felt through, damaged tv screen with red line through the centre of screen. Unsure if anything was actually cleaned except the changing of linen.

Room was clean, tidy and quiet. AC worked well. Beds were very comfortable.

We had 3 rooms booked. All of them were in need of the walls being cleaned, the bathrooms had some mould and peeling paint in them and one had a broken door handle on the entrance door. Another had issues with the toilet constantly running. In saying this the room is what you get when you book a budget motel just could do with a spruce up and a good clean.

Access to shower and toilet hampered by bed too close making entry and exit very difficult, will not be staying at this motel again.

Convenient location for my purposes and one of the cheaper options in the area.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. The reception staff were okay, but not very friendly or welcoming. I don’t blame them personally — they clearly need proper training in hospitality. Their presentation and uniforms were untidy, and they didn’t seem to have any experience in greeting or assisting customers. After checking in and completing the paperwork, I went to my room and immediately noticed that there was no proper table or chair. When I checked the electric kettle, it was full of dust — clearly never cleaned, even inside. Absolutely horrible! (Please see attached photos.) The room itself was very dirty, with dust everywhere, overflowing rubbish bins, and a bad smell. I’ve stayed in other Ibis hotels before and they were much better, which is why I chose this one — but it was a huge mistake. This one was horrible and even a bit scary to stay in. Also, the website stated that parking was free, but upon check-in, I was told it wasn’t, and I had to pay extra. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cheap and comfortable for a quick stay. Rooms are very small but have the necessities for travellers. Opted for the king bed which was comfy. Tea/coffee small fridge, tv & air conditioner. Shower/ toilet pod is tight but totally functional. Room was clean. Some road noise from the highway but not particularly disturbing for us. Lovely staff. $10 parking onsite.We were quite content to stay and will stay again if required.

I would never stay here again been to few ibis over the years property is very poorly maintained very small and cant believe a sink in the living area

A good nights sleep when needed.
