I felt good in reality as it did on the advertising.

This property needs a professional clean. The showers are disgusting, mouldy and smelly. My room was mouldy and smelly, and I had to run the air con all night and day to get rid of the smell. Not fit to live in.

Filthy dirty not a $135 a night! Shared toilet and shower amongst 20 rooms!

The ensuite is not designed well

Short stay , cheapest hotel available.

Save your time and money and avoid this place like the plague

Terrible don’t book. A friend stayed the day before I was set to arrive and told me she found a cockroach in her room. I contacted Expedia right away to let them know the situation and that I couldn’t stay there and they attempted to contact the hotel for a resolution as there was no cancellation and they refused to refund my money. So I didn’t stay there, lost the money for the reservation and hand to pay for a different hotel.

Everything was great, the only inconvenience was the communal bathroom.

We never actually stayed. Got to the front reception and walked straight back out. DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOM. Gross.

We left a pair of sunnies in the room, and the staff acted quickly to return them to us. We really appreciated the honesty and extra efforts to do that.

This is the worst place I have ever encountered during all my travels. We walked in and then walked out. The towels looked dirty and not fit to use. The only bathroom was shared and dirty. The carpet in the room was dirty. The outside of the building smelt of urine and there was rubbish lying around. This place is a dump!

The lady was kind and considerate. There wasn't a private bathroom which I didn't like but that was written on the property brief. The sheets could have been cleaner but all in all, it was enough for what i needed.

Floor was sticky & carpet was filthy. Shower was cold & constantly leaking. Sink in room ony had hot water, no cold water. Air con didn't work & no fan. Fairly disappointed in our stay.

Average stay. Great bed but poor service. No elevator, smelly corridors, shared bathrooms, and the bus to this area only comes every hour after 6pm.

First of all, this was not a hotel—it was a lodge. If it had been listed as a lodge in my booking, I would have rated it 3 stars. However, it was advertised as a hotel by Expedia, and the facilities were clearly more in line with a lodge. This made for a very disappointing experience. I expect better from Expedia, at the very least a basic check of the facility before listing it for booking. During our 6-day trip, we stayed at 5 different places, all booked through Expedia, and this one really soured what had been a great experience so far. The rooms and shared bathrooms were filthy and unclean. If you're looking for a lodge, the location is fine, but if you're expecting a hotel experience, be warned.

The property smelled bad, was not at all like the photos, and extremely grimy. People yelling inside building, very noisy, shared bathroom facilities were disgusting. It is the standard that you would expect for a pay-per-hour hotel or halfway house. I've stayed in plenty of modest pub and hotel rooms with shared bathroom, and I'm fine with shared amenities. But this was something else. I ended up walking back down to reception and handing the keys back, as I didn't feel safe staying here alone, and it was beyond unsanitary. I brought my concerns up with Wotif and they contacted the property, who declined a refund. Wotif were not able to provide me a refund, despite not staying here. I won't be using Wotif in future, as I don't trust a platform that facilitates this awful standard of accommodation.
