Clean room, friendly staff

Self contained apartment clean and comfortable. Excellent location on esplande close to many cafes, restaurants, major supermarket & night market. Short walking distance to reef terminal and lagoon area.

Was locked out of room whilst locksmith had to be called to repair an old lock. Staff would not allow late checkout despite inconvenience during stay. Otherwise great location and easily accessible.

Our room overlooked the esplanade pool and Ferris wheel. Very nice. The washer dryer and milk in the fridge for morning coffee were a real bonus.

The location was perfect. The balcony and view great. And we loved the upgrade. Thank you

Location, bit dated but comfortable and generous size for 1 bedroom unit

We had to have the kettle in the bathroom, furniture was outdated and old, no space to put your belongings the aircon wouldn't work with the remote. Very noisy, doors slamming

The room was dusty everywhere. The bed sheets were changed and clean towels provided. The balcony chairs were sun faded and chalky and left marks on our clothes. An annoying inconvenience was that parking was non existent for first night of stay. However Mantra parking signs appeared in parking bays assigned to room numbers the next day. There was a broken double power point in the closet so I could not iron clothes unless I tried it in the small bathroom with great difficulty. The TV and internet was extremely slow and to add to annoyance, the settings were locked in Japanese language only. The credenza below the wall mounted tv housed the kettle, coffee and tea and fridge. However there was no accessible power point to connect kettle to, above the credenza. The only place was in the bathroom. Even though issues with the room were discussed with Mantra staff at front desk, nothing happened to address some of these matters prior to leaving. From a positive perspective the location is central with ease of access to shopping, food venues and the esplanade.

So close to everything, bonus was being able to see all the festival from our balcony. Staff friendly and helpful.

Location - superb. Right on the Esplanade and the bonus was being there when the annual Cairns festival was in full swing

Great location. Only minor issue is that the pool is shaded and very cold.

Quick get away. This hotel is very central to everything. Very walkable area. Room had plenty of space. Would stay again and recommend.

Great location close to Lagoon. Hotel a little tired but clean and tidy.

Friendly staff and great location. The room, however, smelled of Thai food and garlic bread. The air conditioner seemed to be bringing in the smells from who knows where. It was awful. The mattress had springs poking up in several places. No washcloths. Just not worth the money.

コンドミニアムタイプに家族４人（夫婦、息子10歳、娘3歳）で5泊6日しました。評価にもあるとおり、満足いく滞在でした。良い点：部屋は広さと清潔さ、洗濯機と乾燥機。立地はプラナードラグーンが目の前、スーパーがすぐ裏手、ナイトマーケットは徒歩1分、ケアンズセントラルまで徒歩15分、周辺にはカフェやレストランも豊富。困ることは基本ないでしょう。敢えて、不満をあげるならば、大鍋がないので自炊パスタに苦戦したくらいでしょうか。まあ、工夫すれば大した問題ではないです。家族での初家族旅行は最高でした！

Wouldn’t recommend it

Very central to everything, reasonably good value for peak season. Would choose this hotel again.

Brilliant location where everything is a walkable distance. The staff were really friendly but the rooms are quite dated.
